Long Title Agency was born out of Long Realty's commitment to becoming Southern Arizona's single source for all services and products needed to complete the homeownership life cycle. Since the title examination process and the acquisition of title insurance is an integral part of buying or selling a home, establishing and in-house title agency was a natural step in fulfilling this commitment.

Long Title opened its doors for business in September of 2000 providing title services to Long Realty customers throughout the greater Tucson, Arizona area. A staff of highly skilled and experienced title officers, examiners and title assistants were assembled. State of the art title production and archiving equipment was purchased and office space built out.

An underwriting relationship was formed with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. For the past 16 years they have been the highest rated in financial strength of title insurance companies in the nation. Backed by their 101 years of strength and stability, you can rely on them and Long Title through turbulent times.

In just 16 months after opening we expanded our title services to include all of Pima County, Arizona. We also added additional Underwriters, thus expanding our ability to meet customer's title insurance needs.

In 2005 we expanded our geographical coverage area again to include Pinal County, Arizona.

To date Long Title has performed over 40,000 title searches and examinations, providing timely preliminary title reports and issuing over 25,000 title insurance policies to buyers, and lenders.
